Reporting a mistake
We fix mistakes, and a good report makes that fast. Please include:
- the video or story (its title or link) and the channel;
- the time in the video (for example 3:41), or the sentence in the story;
- what is wrong, and what you think is right;
- a source if you have one — a paper, a textbook, a reliable reference page.
Mispronounced names and words count too: the narrator is synthetic, and we correct how it says things. What happens next is described in our corrections policy.
Privacy and data requests
To ask what we hold about you, or to delete a Rubik’s Cube Coach account and its progress, write to the same address from the account’s email. Details are in the privacy policy.

Ideas for videos, questions about a story, or collaboration — the same address. We cannot promise to answer every message, but we read them all.
